The Sky Project started in response to global warming. It's a plan to make continuous progress with producers through long-term cooperation between Tri-Up Coffee and coffee producers. Fully washed and cleared of mucilage, the coffee undergoes a light oxygen-contact fermentation in a small-water tank, before drying for two months on multi-layer beds in the darkroom.
